Fetches the latest schedule from Google Sheets, detects changes, and creates/updates calendar events. Safe to run multiple times.
Rebuilds the event tracker by matching existing calendar events to the current schedule. Use this if events show as 'Pending' after deployment. Safe - only reads from calendar and updates tracker.
Updates attendee response status (accepted/declined/pending) for all events from Google Calendar.
Refreshes the events list from the local database without syncing with Google Sheets.
Deletes all calendar events that haven't been accepted by DJs. Events with accepted RSVPs will require confirmation before deletion.
